该书英文第二版：

其实这只能说是重印，除了引言，第二版和第一版内容没有任何改变。即便如此，此书依然我是读过的公共经济学里面最好的研究生教科书，没有之一。

一看作者，就知道是必读书目。下载学习了。感谢楼主分享额！
