Statistics PhD Wanted - Project-based Recruitment<br><br>Requirements:<br>1.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Academically capable PhD majored in statistics or related areas. Strength in econometrics, applied time series analysis, multivariable linear regression.<br>2.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Good model building capability. Proficiency in at least one of the following software – R, Matlab, SPSS, SAS.<br>3.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Good academic writing capability. PUBLICATION is a MUST.<br>4.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ranked top 10 or top 20% in the department.<br>5.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Capable of working for at least 3 days a week in May (weekends included).<br>6.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Transcripts and academic writing samples will be required for the interview.<br><br>Job Description:<br>Work in a research team focused on a specific topic in the finance area assigned by a world famous company based in UK.
