我做这道题目的时候，想不通这句话：with the first payment five years from today?到底是什么意思？是说现在付第一笔，连续付5年吗？搞不懂。<div><br/></div><div>请明白人讲解一下。谢谢。</div>

他希望每年收到10万，收10年，但是收到第1笔钱是从现在开始后的5年后，那么今天他应该投入多少钱才能满足这个需要，就是这个意思。
