【摘 要】The article looks at how the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) promotes the value and importance of knowledge sharing within the agency. It discussed the role of the Challenger Space Shuttle disaster as a catalyst for change and highlights the leadership of Ed Hoffman as chief knowledge officer (CKO).
