3. We are looking for an experienced and effective Data Analyst to help us turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include requirements analysis and design, developing analysis and reporting capabilities, and continuously monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify possible improvements.

7. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports
   
8. Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
   
9. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
   
10. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
    
11. Filter and “clean” data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
    
12. Work closely with management to prioritize business and informational requirements
    
13. Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
    
14. Position Qualifications:
    
15. 3-5 yrs of proven experience as a data analyst
    
16. 
    
17. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
    
18. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases (SQL etc.), and programming (XML, Javascript)
    
19. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, etc.)
    
20. Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with accuracy and attention to detail
    
21. Adept at queries, report writing, and findings presentation
    
22. Post-secondary education in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics or Business
    
23. Compensation: To be determined based on qualifications and experience.
