Bachelor degree (or above) in telecom or computer science is a must, and at least 5 years’ experience in software development.Good English communication and presentation skills are the must.Strong experience on the telecom data mining business scenarios, and very familiar with data mining tools (like SPSS Clementine, SAS).Experienced in PL/SQL programming, oracle database administration.Leadership and presentation skills.Responsibility, resilience, self-motivated, self-management, independent and quick learner, team work.
