Field Sales Assistant-济南

Overall Role Purpose: Responsible for securing new businesses from existing and new customers in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment in the defined territory
Job Description:
Develop and maintain strong existing customer relations and loyalty through ensuring customer satisfaction in owned territory
Respond to customer enquiries/complaints
Manages a defined portfolio of potential customers and wins them for a lasting business relationship with DGF
Responsible for establishing customer profiles and customer needs
Highlights to Sales Manager on observations of market dynamics for example competitors' behavioural patterns
Updates sales manager on customer requests and business needs
Work with AFR/OFR/TLM to respond to customer inquiry
Maintain good communication and working relationship with company customers
Implement and execute sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets.
Responsible for conducting high quality presentation of the entire range of standardized products to customers
Establish and present customized offers to customers
Prepare and realize planned sales calls
Achieve sales budget
Ensure adherence to ISO standards in line with corporate instructions
Job Requirement:
Good presentation skills
Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
Good Negotiation skills
Result oriented
Sales oriented
Good relationship network in local is preferred.
Logistics and International Trade related major is preferable
Bachelor Degree and graduate in 2009
