大概这儿很少有学医的来，感觉汪先生说的不少都是很真实的反应了医护的现实生活。
很少人愿意在有稳定的与付出相符合的收入的时候还会去考虑红包之类的。拿红包的危险性和获得体面正式收入的安全性是没法比的。

I agree with you.
Since greed is a human nature, why people can't tolerate the others.
I think it's not a medical issue, its a social and economic issue.
