There are 10,000 csv files in this RAR file, 100 demand realizations for 100 stations.
File names are according to the following paradigm : CitiSim<StationNumber>_<RealizationNumber>

Each file consists of 4 columns:
Column 1: event time (in half hour units)
Column 2: event type (1- rent event, 2- return event)
Column 3: usability of returned bicycle (0 ?usable, 1- unusable),  relevant only for return events.
Column 4: a random number between 0 and 1.
This number is used in order to determine the selected locker from/to which a bicycle is rented/returned to. For example, say that before a return event the available lockers are {1,3,4,5,8,9,12,16,17}. There are 9 available lockers, we divide the segment 0-1 to 9 equal segments. If the values of the random number is 0.59, it falls within the sixth segment, therefore the bicycle will be returned to locker 9 (the sixth avialable locker).
