【模型】 DIV = Lag.DIV + EPS + [其他需要添加项:例如leps, cf, lcf等等外生变量] +YEAR + e
【目的】得到跟文献中表4一样的表格

【我的编程思路】
2-step GMM(DIF) 跑两次
第一次 use full moment conditions and estimate the model. Usually J test is reported. （用内生跟外生一起做IV）
第二次 estimate the same model but using only the exogenous regressors as instruments. Then you get value of another j test statistic. （只用外生做IV）
然后计算DIF-in SARGAN

【问题】这个可以用什么指令完成?xtabond2?IV怎么样可以自己设置，好像不能不写gmm这一项

【我认为语句应该如下可惜行不通呢】xtabond2 div ldiv eps cf lcf y1-y11, gmm(ldiv) iv(eps y1-y11)  twostep nolevel
