DBS MAP

To support the quick business expansion and to build up the talent pipeline of DBS China, we welcome you to join the DBS Management Associate Programme (MAP). MAP is a leadership training programme which currently spans for 18 months. The programme is open to fresh graduates (master degree holders) and graduates with less than 2 years' working experiences from all disciplines and majors.

Responsibilities
        Complete MA rotation and training as required.
        Obtain comprehensive banking knowledge through training & attachment arranged.
        Get prepared to be bank's potential/future leaders in aspects of both knowledge and expertise after training and attachment.

Requirements
        Have Leadership Potential.
        Innovation & Change Management.
        Customer Focus.
        Teamwork.
        Performance & Results Orientation.
        Professional Excellence.
        Master degree is a plus.
        Strong English ability.
        Good academic record.
