Well, UCL's economics faculty is just pieces of ****, I think LSE and Cambridge are both No.1 in econmics. But Cambridge is on the academic side, and LSE is on both academic and applied side. Although the academic side of Cambridge is slightly better than LSE, but the applied side of LSE economics can make it up.
