动态空间计量用stata做也挺方便的了, 虽然没用过你这个程序，但看你贴出来的片段是有注释的吧。m=63 %Value that indicates the period of time between the first observation in the sample and the moment the process being modeled has started in the past
据我的理解就是： m=63是第一个样本至目前被处理的样本所经历的时间期数。
