Report to: Head of Corporate Finance

Company is a newly established company in the financial services industry, focused on providing in-depth data analyses to financial institutions around the world. Founded in Hong Kong by Wall Street returnees and financial veterans from renowned investment banks, the company is in the process of setting up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Shanghai.

Job Responsibility:

We are looking for people to construct in-depth financial analyses on publicly-listed Chinese companies. You will be responsible for covering one or more of the following general sectors:

lFinancial Institutions

lReal Estate

lTelecom, Media and Technology

lConsumer and Retail

lIndustrials

lEnergy/Resources

Your work will revolve around develop and maintain the analyses templates, supervise quality of data input, Formulating new and additional industry analyses from non-public sources, and manage customized financial analytical work for our customers.

Requirements:

lUniversity graduate or above, with degree in Accounting and Finance

lAt least six years of working experience preparing financial analyses for one or more of the aforementioned industries at securities firms, investment funds, investment banks, accounting firms or other places of similar orientation

lGood understanding of accounting principles

Keen attention to details and strong numeric abilities
