请教:Ramsey模型可以分为分散决策和中央计划者两种模式，据说在阿罗-德布鲁一般均衡框架中，这两种模式得出结果是等价的。请问这两种模式在经济意义上有何区别（为何要这样划分）？在模型的构建及推导过程方面是否有差别？
