论我国存款保险制度的建立

摘要
：作为金融安全网的三大要素之一，存款保险制度在国外实施过程中对保护存款人的利益和维护金融稳定发挥了巨大的作用。而国内酝酿存款保险制度已有十多年之久，笔者认为我国建立真正意义上的存款保险制度已势在必行并且条件已经成熟。本文将从存款保险制度的起源与功能出发，分析我国建立存款保险制度的必要性及可行性，从而提出我国建立存款保险制度的构想以及在建立我国的存款保险制度中可能会遇到的一些问题及解决这些问题的建议。

Study on Establishing the Deposit Insurance

System in China

Abstract: as one of three factors of financial safety net, Deposit insurance system plays a very important role in protecting the interests of depositors and maintaining financial stability. In China we have been brewing for it more than a decade ago, and Central Bank of China together with the Ministry of Finance, China Banking Regulatory Commission, the State Council Legislative Affairs Office, and National Development and Reform Commission in drafting the "deposit insurance" has also experienced a few changes of the draft, currently the basic framework has been initially identified. The greatest controversy is the introduction of time. I firmly believe that establishing the true meaning of the deposit insurance deposit insurance system is very urgent in china. I will start this paper from the origin and function of deposit insurance system, then analyze the necessity and feasibility of it. Next I will proposed the blueprint of
establishment of a deposit insurance system in our country .finally
,as to the problems
which we will face in setting
up our deposit insurance system ,I
proposed
a number of solutions to these problems.
