Computer System: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate, Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP2/SP3
SAS Version: SAS 9.1.3

Original SID File: sas91_980173_29MAY2006

Instruction:
Step 1. Change current time prior to 29MAY2006 and install SAS 9.1.3 with original sid file (sas91_980173_29MAY2006).
Step 2. After intalling SAS 9.1.3, change the incorrected time back to current time.
Step 3. Replacing the OLD 'sashost.dll' (in C:\Program Files\SAS\SAS 9.1\) with the NEW 'sashost.dll' (extract attached file 'SAS_3').
