Recipe：美国人甜到心坎的经典
在美国电影中，几乎只要有露营场景，就会出现一项叫S'mores的简易甜品，食材包括带有谷香的全麦饼，配上绵黏的烤棉花糖和巧克力。S'mores取自Some more 的俏皮谐音，意思是give me some more，据说最早由童军发明，现今已成为旅美露营时的指标性食物，历经各种创意翻玩。曾风靡一时的「铁锅棉花糖」就是使用这个经典搭配！
S'mores = cookies + marshmallows + chocolate
Classic S'mores 经典4步骤，在家简单做
Add a square of chocolate on the top of the grahamcracker.
把巧克力放在饼干上。
Top the graham cracker with a marshmallow.
放上一颗棉花糖。
Bake about 3 mins in the oven or just enough tomelt the marshmallow and the chocolate.
烤箱烘烤约3 分钟，或烤到棉花糖与巧克力融化。
Place the other graham cracker on top pushing downslightly so it adheres.
迭上另一块饼干，轻压、让棉花糖和饼干黏在一起。

1/2 cup chocolate spread
半杯巧克力酱
1/2 cup marshmallow cream
半杯棉花糖霜
4 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
4 茶匙全麦饼碎粉
Ingredients 4 tbsp chocolate chips
4 茶匙巧克力豆
4 large marshmallows
4 颗大棉花糖
3 cups vanilla ice cream
3 杯香草冰淇淋
S'mores dip 沾口不黏手的疗愈锅物
Place chocolate bars, milk and few marshmallowsinto a mixing bowl.
把巧克力块、牛奶和一些棉花糖放入搅拌碗。
Mix it all and microwave the mixture until melted.
搅拌后用微波炉加热至溶化。
Spread the chocolate mixture on the bottom ofgreased cast iron skillet.
把融化的巧克力酱平铺在加了油的铁锅。
Top with marshmallows.
摆上棉花糖。
Broil in 200°C oven until the marshmallows aregolden on top.
置入200度的烤箱，烤至棉花糖表面呈现金色。
Remove from the oven and let cool.
移出烤箱冷却。
Serve with cookies!
