His research interests are in the areas of Strategy, Innovation and Technology.  His work is focused on the way in which the demand environment affects firms’ incentives and interactions.  Through his work he is attempting to develop a ‘demand-based’ lens with which to explore some important issues regarding the evolution of firm capabilities and competition.
