Transfer of non-patented technology. Non-patented technology (technical secret) transfer refers to the form of technology transfer in which the transferor provides the non-patented technology achievements owned by it to the transferee and specifies the right to use and transfer the non-patented technology achievements between them. But so far, technology transfer with degree certificate is not included. That is to say, no matter whether you will find a suitable job or not, you are not entitled to use your degree to conduct project transactions.
