Successful applicants will be hired on a
11-month contract basis, renewal subject to performance.

Job Responsibilities:
·
Handle data relating to Chinese commodities markets
·
Provide timely, high-quality, in-depth analysis relating to Chinese commodities markets
·
Draw on economic, commodities and company-specific research to produce thematic reports and presentations
·
Generate frequent commentary and analysis on market-relevant developments

Job Requirements:
·
Degree holder in Business, Economics or related discipline.
·
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a research-intensive role. A background in the commodities sector will be considered an advantage.
·
Highly numerate, with a strong grounding in Chinese macro issues
·
Ability to handle a diverse range of tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
·
Native Mandarin speaker with excellent English writing abilities.
·
