大家好，我是人大大四的一个学生，填CFA报名表时不小心把 Professional Conduct Inquiry 里的两问填成了：YES，结果被告知取消了考试资格。现在我已经回了抗辩的EMAIL，但是感觉成功几率不大。哪位大人也有过类似情况能不能告诉我应该怎样解决啊？如果被取消了资格还退报名费吗？

2.  Expulsion:  Are you currently, or within the last five years have you been, the subject of disciplinary action by a regulatory organization or judicial court that resulted in a permanent or indefinite suspension from: (a) participation in the financial services markets OR (b) association with a financial services institution?

5.  Damage Claims:  In the last five years, has your professional conduct, in either a direct or supervisory capacity, been the subject of litigation, arbitration, a complaint, or other claim for damages that was resolved for an amount exceeding $20,000 (US)?
