Since globalization is the main trend, China, as a critic part involved in this tide, has to be directly face with following problem:

1. Labor-centered manufacturing should be appropriately replaced by capital-centered one, even high-tech centered.

2. import more that is high-tech oriented, rather than normal products.

3. Well deal with the aging probem. Will we get old before we get rich? Attention: Develpped countries allocate their lower value-added production to China. However, we spend so much human capital in such production. Our elite human resource has the trend to outflow to other countries.

4. too much foreigh exchange reserve and how to deal with them?

Above are just some of my concern. Any comments or suggestions?
