紧急求助，请各位大侠帮帮忙，急着写论文，设计师这样：分病人组20例和健康对照
组20例，检测5种生化标志物，比较这5种生化标记物哪个更好用什么统计方法啊？其
中前三种按均数+-标准差的话，标准差都大于均数，是说明误差太大吗？还想问下这
么少的样本能做什么相关和回归，相对于疾病预后的！非常感谢！在线等啊

可以通过检验,然后比较其作用的大小

1. If the model assumpions hold, you migh use ANOVA.
2. If the model assumption is violated, you might perform non-parametric tests.
3. MANOVA (Multivariate ANOVA) can test the 5 biomarks together, but it does not compare the 5 biomarks.
4. Maybe you can build a logistic regression, using treatment or control as response, and the 5 biomarks as predictors. After variable selection,you might find which biomark is better.
5. You might check the correlations beween the 5 biomarks.
6. For the prognosis, I don't know what variable you are going to use. If it is the time free of symptoms, you might use COX models.
