请问大侠们 这个理论对  CEO兼Board of Director   的立场是什么呢？

还有 请推荐些 Article 或者书 关于这个理论的缺陷

我看的一些文章 主要围绕着 Board 的构成 应该有所扩大，但是 我的老师要我明确写 是支持 还是不支持。。。我废了挺大劲 也没找到什么，找到的也都是擦边球。

Stakeholder Theory ----------其中一个缺陷是，在实践中，你很难同时让所有人满意。 我在国外参与过相关论文的写作，回去看看还能不能再找到相关的英文资料。

万分感谢 万分感谢 我就是感觉 太玄了，看了 Tricker 和 Clark 的两部Corporate Governance的书提及这个理论的部分，连 定义都没下，直接说可以当作一种哲学去理解。老师指定的Artical 也都没直接说 现在是云里雾里。

我推荐读一下Jean Tirole发在Econometrica上的Corporate Governance，是他计量经济学会的主席论文，里面有一部分关于Stakeholder Society的讨论。
