我看到两句话：
第一句：assuming a uniform distribution for each decrement automatically means that the total decrement is not uniform？
第二句：Notice that if all decrements are uniform, that automatically implies that the total decrement is uniform.
这两句话在asm 53章出现，为啥是矛盾的？
