【摘要】	从金融集聚角度考察金融对产业结构升级的作用,有助于全面、动态地把握金融因素与产业结构升级之间的内在关系。在分析金融集聚作用于产业结构升级内在机制的基础上,利用因子分析法对广东省历年金融集聚水平进行测度,并对该省金融集聚与产业结构升级关系进行实证检验的结果表明,金融集聚通过其特有的经济效应,拓宽了投融资渠道,提高了资金供给水平和配置效率,推动了地区产业结构优化和升级。因此,加强金融生态环境建设、构建多层次资本市场和加强地区金融合作,具有深化金融集聚水平、提高金融集聚质量、进而推动地区产业结构升级和经济增长的战略意义。
