近日买了一本书,新制度主义经济学,现代国外经济学大系丛书中的一本,在封未发现竟还有一本新制度经济学,所以想求教诸位,新制度经济学和新制度主义经济学是一回事么?有兴趣的还可以探讨一下!

新制度主义经济学neoinstitutional ecomomics主要是指老制度经济学(康芒斯、凡勃仑、米切尔)在当代的发展,代表人物包括加尔布雷斯和谬达尔(诺奖获得者),在经济学领域已经势弱了。新制度经济学new institutional economics,从方法论的角度看,可称为新古典制度经济学,包括科斯、德姆塞茨、威廉姆森、诺思等人 ,特点是用运用主流经济学的方法对制度现象进行经济研究。

我没有听说过什么“新制度主义经济学”,我对2楼的解释亦存有疑问。

根据经典的FURUBOTN-RICHTER的教材,neoinstitutionalism就是新制度经济学,美国老制度学派我们一般叫old institutional economics,以便与new institutional economics区分开来。

天下滔滔,我看到象牙塔一座一座倒掉, 不禁为那些被囚禁的普通灵魂感到庆幸, 然而,当我看到, 还有少数几座依然不倒, 不禁对它们肃然起敬, 不知坚守其中的, 是怎样一些灵魂?

国外有些老制度经济学的研究者持2楼的说法,但大部分学者不作neo和new的区分。国内主要是程恩富等人坚持用老制度经济学的一些东东来理解新制度经济学,所以对2楼的提法说得最多
面对渐渐忘却历史的人们,我一直尽力呼喊!

这本新制度主义经济学(程恩富、胡乐明主编)中说:“20世纪50年代起,美国制度学派在加尔布雷斯的倡导下重振旗鼓,并称作”新制度主义”,需要注意的是,它与以科斯为代表的新制度经济学有着明显的区别”,但是书中对科斯等人的观点也作了评述,在书的体例和内容上,明显将科斯等人也纳入新制度主义经济学了。照此来看,还有一本新制度经济学,不知道又是什么模样?

别听什么程什么复瞎掰,他们说的“新制度经济学”现在在学界早就没影子了。你还是看看科斯等人的书吧,制度版置顶帖子不是有“阅读入门”吗?

这里对new institutional economics和neoinstitutional economics作一个解释。根据埃格特森(1990)《经济行为与制度》的分析和我个人的理解,前者指以威廉姆森为主要代表的交易费用经济学,这一学派由于舍弃了新古典经济学的核心之一——完全理性人假设和最优化假设,代之以有限理性和满意假设,因而是一种新的(new)分析范式。而以科斯、诺思为代表的制度经济学,沿用了新古典的标准分析范式——内核是稳定偏好、理性选择和均衡结构,因而是neoinstitutional economics,不是一种新的范式,可以认为是“修正派”。但是,正如闲人所说,我们现在一般不再区分neo和new,一律冠之new institutional economics,简称NIE。
