各位大大，小人有礼了

目前在上Undergraduate Introduction to Econometrics, 读书有几个问题不大懂..请各位大大指教

1. elasticity和slope的关系是啥？

2. 书上说linear form是slope holds constant but elasticity is not, Double-Log form是slope is not constant but elasticity is constant，请问这个东西该怎么理解？我在什么情况下需要使用linear form，什么情况下需要考虑使用Double-Log form呢？

3. Inverse Form号称should be used when the impact of a particular independent variable is expected to approach zeao as that independent variable approaches infinite，这个我可以理解，但是我想如果要达到如此效果，我在linear form里面把一个independent variable的coefficient符号写成negative不也可以达到同样效果吗？那么这个inverse form需要在什么时候使用呢？

我用的是A.H. STUDENMUND的书，叫做Using Econometrics, a practical guide. 5th edition
