最近在评麦肯锡中国经济学论文奖，这是一个新的奖项，但是据说奖金高达10来万！我看到网上介绍历届获奖者的作品，于是搜索看了一下作者，然后再看作者的单位和发表记录。我发现，某年的获奖者路江涌的发表记录中有一些“乌龙”。路是港大毕业，白重恩的博士，然后跟随白到清华经管学院做师资博士后（讲师），接着是到北大光华当副教授。

应该说，路的发表记录不错。但是你再仔细看一下，会发现很多文章主题雷同，让人怀疑内容也雷同。于是，我搜索了几篇文章，简单的比较了一下，发现以下文章高度雷同。技巧就是，先是发表中文，然后翻译后稍加修改就发了英文。不知道这样做，国际刊物是否允许。
1）【“中国制造业区域聚集及国际比较”，《经济研究》，第3期。】与【“Trends and Determinants of China’s Industrial Agglomeration”, Journal of Urban Economics, 65, 167-180,】几乎一模一样！
2）【“企业中政府控制的作用：来自集体企业改制的实证研究”, 《管理世界》，2009年第9期】与【“The costs and benefits of government control: Evidence from collectively-owned enterprises”, China Economic Review, in press】几乎一模一样。
