点击Text output时出现如下：
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80080005): 检索 COM 类工厂中 CLSID 为 {E7BF9B2C-B72D-4C0E-88C4-BDCD8D7FF93C} 的组件时失败，原因是出现以下错误: 80080005。

   在 AmosGraphics.x8cccc0bd066aa70e.xc7c4229ced71066b()

   在 AmosGraphics.x8cccc0bd066aa70e.x7b4edd4f13d1691e(Int32 x62f81133c3fee4e4)

Resolving the problemGetting a System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80042E27): Search was unable to create or open a temporary file at IDMObjects.ICoFnStoredSearch.get_XMLCommand() ERROR.
Software versions for:
OS: Windows 2000 and 2003
FileNET Software: Panagon IDM Web Services - CS 3.2, 3.3, and 4.0

Steps to verify that this problem applies:
1. Custom Application or the out of the box IDMWeb client generates a "System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80042E27)" error when running a stored search.

Steps to resolve the problem:
1. Verify the C:\WINNT\Temp directory has the following security settings.
IUSR_<machine_name> = Full Control
Administrators = Full Control
System = Full Control
Authenticated Users = Full Control
2. Delete any folders in the C:\WINNT\Temp\FN_STSR.TMP directory.

Problem(Abstract)I am working in an Microsoft Windows Vista operating system environment. I am using Amos 17. Whenever I attempt to enter text input into Amos in am receiving the message "System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException". The only way I can get Amos 17 to close is to manually terminate the program using Task Manager. How can I resolve this problem?

Resolving the problemClose all open windows.
Select Start.
Select Programs/All Program menu option.
Select the SPSSInc folder.
Select the folder that corresponds to the type of SPSS program you have installed.
Right-click on the appropriate SPSS program icon in your All Programs menu.
Select Properties (menu).
Select Compatibility (tab).
If "Run this program in compatibility mode for" is selected, remove it.
Locate the area labeled 'Privilege Level'.
Locate the dialog check-box locate 'Run this program as an administrator' (if available).
Select (place a check-mark in) 'Run this program as an administrator' (if available).
Select Apply (button).
Select 'Show settings for all users' (button).
If "Run this program in compatibility mode for" is selected, remove it.
Under the area labeled 'Privilege Level', locate 'Run this program as an administrator' (if available).
Select (place a check-mark in) 'Run this program as an administrator' (if available).
Select Apply (button).
Select OK (button).
Select OK (button).
The Properties window should now close
