刚刚电好，我很汗，RBS给我打电话再次手机没响。。。。然后他们很nice的打给我寝室，还好还好~~

背景问题：
1. why your university and major
2. why RBS and your position
3. what did you learn in your university besides study
3. internship

下面开始competency;
1. work together to deliver an outcome
2. personal work to make it happen(第一次被问到personal instead of team work,小慌了一下，于是把之前准备的teamwork现场改造成了 personal work)
这个“make it happen”应该是很经典了

personal development:
what did you do to prepare for working in banking industry

垃圾问题：
1.did you apply for other orgnizations
2. what would you consider when you deside whether to take RBS's offer.

完了。

interviewer是一个中年妇女，还是比较nice的，只是中间我讲话太慢，她有点怒，叫我跳过background直接讲做了什么去解决问题
还有，background那一托不需要example,后面的要有example. 所以要点清晰比较重要吧。。。。
还有，10天之后会给结果。
