吉百利史威士股份有限公司（Cadbury Schweppes Plc）是一家国际性公司，主要生产、推广及分销糖果及饮料产品，集团公司总部设在英国伦敦，在世界范围内共拥有36000多名员工。吉百利史威士集团公司的历史可以追溯到200年前。杰克布?史威士先生（Jacob Schweppes）于1783年在日内瓦完善了矿泉水的制作工艺。约翰?吉百利先生（John Cadbury）于1824年开始在英国伯明翰销售茶叶和咖啡，并在短短的几年中将可可和巧克力变为公司的主导产品。


吉百利和史威士公司于1969年宣告合并，此后便开始实施其全球性的发展计划。目前，吉百利史威士公司为全球第3大软饮料公司（以销量计算），在10个国家中拥有自己的装瓶厂和合作厂，并在21个国家中与当地企业签订许可证经营和分销合同。

吉百利史威士公司不仅如此，吉百利史威士公司也是全球四大糖果公司之一（以销售额计算），在25个国家拥有生产厂，其巧克力和糖果产品行销于近200个国家。

为了加强吉百利在亚洲的力量，新近在吉百利史威士澳大利亚董事会之下成立了吉百利--亚洲管理董事会，并将中国列为当前的市场拓展重点，大力发展北京、上海、广州等核心城市，并以此带动其它各大城市的发展。

此外，亚洲吉百利还并购了无锡利夫糖果有限公司，改名为无锡吉宝糖果有限公司，致力于以其知名的"魄力"品牌领导中国的口香糖市场并向其它亚洲国家出口产品。公司最初于1993年由吉百利史威士澳大利亚有限公司与北京市农工商联合总公司合资创办，1995年在北京的南郊投资建厂，并正式投产，现年生产能力达9000吨。
