【内容提要】海洋产业结构是指各海洋产业部门之间的比例构成及它们之间相互依存、相互制约的关系。运用“三轴图”法对中国海洋产业结构的演进过程进行分析，得出海洋产业结构呈现出由第一产业占主导、第二、三产业迅速发展并最终由第三产业占主导地位的“三二一”结构顺序的动态演化过程，在演进模式上是遵循左旋式演进的。海洋产业结构的演进虽然与区域产业结构演变的基本规律有些差异，但基本上遵循了第一二三产业演变这一规律。

【英文摘要】Marine industrial structure refers to the composition of different marine industrial departments and the interdependent relationships among them.　An analysis is made on the dynamic evolution of marine industrial structure in China by using “triaxial diagram”, and the result shows that the marine industrial structure evolution experienced three stages by changing the leading position of industries from the primary marine industry to the fast development of the secondary and the tertiary marine industry, and finally the tertiary marine industry gets the leading position. Besides, the evolution mode follows the levo -rotation model. Although the evolution of marine industrial structure has many differences with the evolution of regional industrial structure, but they basically follow the same evolution rules.
