【内容提要】我国物流产业正处于快速增长期，物流产业增长特征主要体现在物流基础设施与人力资源数量增长速度快，物流基础设施与装备技术先进，信息技术应用广泛，物流技术集成程度高，人力资本呈现边际收益递增特点。物流产业结构特征主要体现在对第二产业直接依赖和拉动作用显著，对国民经济的推动作用大于国民经济对物流业的拉动作用。

【英文摘要】Logistics in China is a newly emerged industry with its rapid growth. It is necessary to grasp the features of logistics industry to make scientific industrial policies. However, the current related researches are not quantitative and all-inclusive sufficiently. This paper considers that both growth and structure features should be taken into account and provides an empirical model framework. The production function model is funded to analyze the growth features, which reveal the decisive factors determining the development of logistics industry from the traditional one to the developed one. An input-output method is used to analyze the structural features that helps interpret the relationship of technology and economics between logistics and other industries and the status of the current logistics in the national industry structure. The empirical model framework can be used to quantitatively reveal the features through the comparisons of the contributions of basic and intermediate input to the total output of logistics industry.
