For binary data, if sample size is large( n>30) , you can choose normal approximation, or its variation, also called McNemar test, Motherwise you can use exact binomial distribution for constructing confidence interval for inference or for computing exact p-value. Refering to the 4-fold table, you can consult any books about categorical data analysis.

谢谢，我记得McNemar test也是四格表的检验，不过是配对四格表而已。不知道我记得对不对。如果没记错的话，那么用McNemar test就不合适了。
