开放存取期刊（Open Access ，OA）期刊
　Open Access（OA），ISI 给出的简单定义：任何经由同行评论的电子期刊，以免费的方式提供给读者或机构取用、下载、复制、打印、发行或检索文章。作者可保有著作权，但在出版前需付500至1500美元予出版社。OA的出版方式包含很广，有出版后完全免费利用全文者，有的则限于出版后一年才公开使用的全文，有的出版社甚至仅提供免费的目录或摘要内容。目前，国内对OA术语有多种不同的译法，开放存取、开放获取、公开获取（也有台湾学者译为“公开取用”的）、开放使用、开放式出版。其中开放式出版对应的是“Open Access Publishing”。

1	开放存取期刊目录，DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journal)，由瑞典的隆德大学图书馆 Lund University Libraries设立于2003年5月，从最初的350种期刊开始，截至2006年10月，已收录开放存取期刊超过2400种、文章近12万篇。该目录收录的均为学术性、研究性期刊，具有免费、全文、高质量的特点。其质量源于所收录的期刊实行同行评审，或者有编辑作质量控制，故而对学术研究有很高的参考价值。	http://www.doaj.org
2	J-STAGE， “日本科学技术信息集成系统”（Japan Science and Technology Information Aggregator, Electronic，简称J-STAGE）由日本科学技术振兴机构（Japan Science and Technology Agency，简称JST）开发，收录了日本各科技学会出版的文献（以英文为主），包括255种电子期刊，多种会议录以及研究报告等。收录文献以学术研究类为主，涉及科学技术的各个领域。该系统于1999年10月开始运作，所有文献的题录和文摘均免费开放。199种期刊可以免费浏览全文（系统中标明“free” ，详细清单可查询“免费电子期刊列表”）。	http://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/browse/_journallist

4	DigiZeitschriften Open Access， DigiZeitschriften is a research service. Students and researchers can access the core German research journals via subscribing institutions. 预印本服务

　预印本（Preprint），是指科研工作者的研究成果还未在正式刊物发表，而出于和同行交流的目的，自愿通过邮寄或网络等方式传播的科研论文、科技报告等文献。与刊物发表的论文相比，预印本具有交流速度快、利于学术争鸣的特点。从预印本网站上获取信息，一般电子预印本比印刷版论文发表早1-2年。这对前沿科学的研究人员有一定参考性。以下是一些国内外预印本资源的门户或站点。

1	Arxiv.org 　最早的电子预印本库出现在美国的洛斯·阿拉莫斯国家实验室（LANL），范围主要集中在高能物理的理论与实验，相应的软件也是他们实现的。后来在意大利国际高等研究中心（SISSA）建起了凝聚态物理，天体物理等领域的预印本库，所用软件来自洛斯·阿拉莫斯。现在 SISSA变成了洛斯·阿拉莫斯的一个镜像服务器，而洛斯·阿拉莫斯的库则成了物理及相关学科预印本库中最大的一个，覆盖的领域包括：物理学、数学、非线性科学、计算机科学四个学科共计17万篇预印本文献。该站点的全文文献有多种格式（例如PS、PDF、DVI等），需要安装对应的全文浏览器才能阅读，尤其是PS格式。	访问站点1：http://www.arxiv.org/ 访问站点2：http://xxx.arxiv.cornell.edu/ 访问站点3：http://cn.arxiv.org/ 访问站点4：http://arxiv.org/ (美国主站)

　1996年，Dr. Jill Ellsworth最先提出 Invisible Web 这一概念，又称之为 Deep Web 或 Hidden Web。Invisible Web 是指，用户通过一般搜索引擎无法获取的那一部分网络资源。我们可以这样来理解 "隐形Web/深网资源"：普通的搜索引擎不能或不愿意将他们放置在索引库中，所以普通搜索引擎不能发现其中信息内容，但是它们的数据量又是十分庞大，并具有较高的权威性和高质量的。根据 George Washington University 的 Gary Price 研究，目前，WWW 上 Invisible Web 的数量是 visible Web 数量的 2-50 倍，并且，这些Invisible Web的质量比 visible Web高得多。以下列举部分深网资源:
