windows and ubuntn system

abstract
today ,i just install two system on my computer.Now i use ubuntu system visit the bbs.pinggu.org/tulipsliu .
Install two computer software systen ,in order to use Intel Fortran compiler to compiling the DSGE code .
which not like the dynare software[^2]
如果不修改文件，那么在markdown 格式下的展示不太正常；
2021年9月29日，再次修改。
多增加几行中文，让下面的代码展示更加的美观。
