Then, by the combination of many units together to form a simulated production processing system. The extration Station is composed of aerodynamic part,electric operative part ,the electrical control component part and sensors, The paper analyses the work principle and selection condition of the aerodynamic electrical componeuts. The electrical control part is the 313C of the simatic S7-300 series .And the paper also makes a general analysis of the aerodynamic technology and programmable controllers. In addition this paper gives a introduction of the using method of STEP7 ,how to make out the program design in the STEP7 programming environment ,and the steps of the program debugging in the experiment.
