Knowledge management has become a knowledge economy and a lever of intellectual capital appreciation. In this paper regards knowledge enterprise as the research object, analyzes the basic meaning and feature of knowledge, knowledge management and core competence. Then deep analyzes the relationship between them and the application of these relationships in reality.It provides effective countermeasures for enterprise to perfect itself.
