摘 要
：社会主义新农村建设的提出具有划时代的意义，而农村社区建设是社会主义新农村建设的重要内容。一方面要将农村社区建设融入到新农村建设中，推进新农村建设稳步发展；另一方面要以建设新农村理论为指导，有效开展农村社区建设。农村社区建设主要通过与行政村的区划调整相结合，不断完善村民自治制度，同时要加快农村公共事业发展，培养农村技术人才。

Abstract
: New countryside-construction drive had epoch-making mean, however the construction of rural community is the important contents of new countryside-construction drive. On the hand construction of rural community must keep pace with the new countryside-construction drive which furthered the stability of new socialist countryside and community mainly passes to adjustment with the area of administration village, promoting the advancement of society; on the other hand, new countryside-construction theory was set as the guiding thought for our construction of rural community. The construction of rural self-administration of villager , speeding up village public project in the meantime, training village technique talented person.
