The city competitive ability is playing the decision role in the city sustainable development. Under the globalization and the urbanized background, the city competitive ability question more and more is valued people. Because the competition environment objective existence, various cities government should from aspect and so on government function, infrastructure, civic culture, city characteristic, city alliance begin to enhance the city competitive ability.
