摘 要
当今环境问题已经成为相当严重的一个问题了，而汽车的尾气是环境污染的一个主要来源。随着废气排放标准越来越高，导致了要对汽车进行很多的改进。活塞连杆组就是改进的一部分。活塞连杆组是发动机的重要组成部件，其结构直接影响发动机的动力性、燃油经济性以及废气排放。另外随着各种不可再生资源日益短缺，活塞连杆组的耐久性也亟待提高。
本文结合了大量文献资料，以及国内外活塞连杆组结构的发展趋势，对6105发动机的活塞连杆总成进行了设计。充分考虑所受的各种作用力，分别对活塞、活塞环、活塞销、连杆进行了结构选择及布置、材料选用以及重要尺寸参数的设计计算，并对活塞连杆组的危险部位如活塞销、连杆杆身等进行了强度校核，使设计的活塞连杆总成结构合理、轻量化、可靠耐久，从而提高6105发动机的燃油经济性，降低废气排放，在现实生活中具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract
Now the environment question has already became a quite serious problem, and the automobile exhaust is the main component of the environmental pollution. The emission standards getting higher and higher, which causes the car requiring to be improved.The piston and connecting rod assembly is a part of which need improvement. It is principal to the automobile engine, which structure would have a directly impact on the engine’s power, the fuel economy and the exhaust emission. In addition, because the unrenewable resources is gradually diminishing, the durability of the piston and connecting rod assembly also should be increase.
Combining considerable amount of literatures with the trend of development of the piston and connecting rod assembly at home and abroad, this paper carried on the design to the 6105 engine's piston and connecting rod assembly. Considered each kind of load the assembly parts enduring, this paper design the assembly parts individually. The primary coverage includes choseing the compatible structure and the proper material for the piston,the piston ring,the piston pin and the connecting rod, calculating the important size parameter, examinating the intensity of the dangerous spot ,such as the piston pin and the rod. the main purpse is to ensure the structure of the assembly is reasonable,has a lightweight, durable and reliable, thereby enhances the fuel economy and reduces the exhaust emission of the 6105 engine. In the daily life,it has a certain practiality.
