【内容提要】宏观调控理论是**利用财政、货币政策工具影响总需求，进而影响总产量GDP的理论。这一理论产生于凯恩斯革命，经过了70年的发展、演变，形成了完善、成熟的理论体系。全面、系统、深入地研究政策工具的传导机制和政策效果的变化，对我们当前运用财政、货币政策调控经济，保证中国经济能够快速、稳定、健康增长具有重要的理论借鉴意义。

【英文摘要】The macroeconomic regulation and control theory is the theory that government uses financial and monetary policy tool influencing total demand, thereby affecting the total GDP. The theory produced in Keynesian revolution. After 70 years of development and evolution, it has formed complete and mature theoretical system. Comprehensive, systematic, studies the policy tool's conduction mechanism and the policy effect change thoroughly, to our current utilization finance, the monetary policy regulation economy, guaranteed that the Chinese economy can fast, stable, the health growth have the important theory to profit from the significance.
