You can answer one of the following

1) Go away, none of your business;
2) Damn it, why should I tell you?
3) I just wanna to take a look what you got;
4) This is hold up, open the cash register and hand over me all your money;
5) Whats up buddy, have you got some ..... weeds?
6) I wanna buy a pack of cigarettes, what have you got?

Well..it depends if you need help or not!?

If you don't need help, you can say something like "I am just looking, thanks!"

If you do need help, you can say "I am looking for....."
