【内容提要】当世界进入后危机时代，引领新一轮经济的产业——先导产业是将金融危机、经济转型、就业危机等诸多压力转化为经济增长的动力的有机结合点，是破解当前困局的最佳路径。中国**应该从以往汲取教训，着力发展先导产业，打造以生态经济、知识经济、就业经济为基础的产业模式，构筑先导产业示范区，培育和激励新的经济增长点，引导传统经济形态向新经济形态转型。

【英文摘要】As the world enters the post-financial-crisis era, the advanced industries that guide the New Economy will be the bonding point which transforms the pressures such as Financial Crisis, Economic Transition and Employment Crisis into the driving force for economic growth, and it is also the best way for solving the current predicament. The Chinese Government should draw the lessons from the previous mistakes, focus on developing the advanced industries, create the industrial mode based on the Ecological Economy, Knowledge economy and Employment Economy, establish the demonstration zones for advanced industries, cultivate and stimulate the new economic growth point and lately lead the transition from traditional economic pattern to new economy.
