美国和中国都声称经过两天的谈判，成功地以取得一系列的成果结束会议，这些成果包括美国进入中国市场和中国进入美国敏感技术市场。

中国在周二承诺改变法规,以便**合同不与国内的技术基础的进步相关联。中国还承诺改善加强知识产权管理，如软件。

美国承诺会“充分考虑”中国在出口美国敏感技术方面“公平待遇”的请求，并且说它欢迎中国的投资。

1 1I don't think this negotiation could reach any constructive result. As usual, when the America want to do a business with China, it always want to get more benefits.
It is hard to imagine that this talk could bring any real core technologies to China since Geithner's last visit to China for the RMB underestimation, after which he seriously criticized Chinese  foreign exchange policy, and maybe that is the real face of the US government.
