It is much easier to get some compromise when both side get into trouble. Yet after continuing dialogue for thirty years , there is few easy improvement left. The next step is the heart of nation interest: financial system , natinal defence tech and last but not least,human rights. I don't expect much substance achievement in these areas.

Intellectual property protestion and RMB exchange rate are two topic that  the US concern about most .
In China ,much has to  be done as the problem of pirate is more serious than most of us thing. As the media reports that 78% of the software on the table of the chinese cyber citizens’ computer is not legal copy.
Then when it comes to the RMB exchange rate,however ,the dialogue was not carry  on smoothly

昨天有点忙，抽空读完了，但是没有发表任何言论。由于要说的比较长，英语又不够好，故用中文表述。

        此文章主要述说中国金融市场的对外开放和美国软件市场对中国的开放，背景是我们2001年的入常。我们答应入常之后5年内慢慢放开金融市场，准许外国金融机构进入中国，但是到目前为止，很多外国银行还是无法容易进入中国的市场，其中主要原因可能是我们任然害怕他们打断我们金融市场的垄断形式吧！而中国的软件业，由于抄袭等原因，一直受到美国的排斥，但是我们一直在争取。对于这一方面，我个人觉得最主要的是我们应该规范我们的软件业和增强这方面的实力，不然即使对我们开放了，也是可望不可及的世外桃源。其实，所谓的一物换一物，放在这儿也实用，两个国家做着对等的交易，但是最终赢家，是真正有势力！
