The shortage of raw Oil and raw materials makes all of the goods have price rise.In my opinion,the price rising is not just a store about loose any country monetary policy.From the long time,the root reason should be the shortage of rew materials.Of corse,a number of countrys take occasion to release many of the Currency and make the price rises more high.At the same time,Thorns wheel effect can be saw clearly.

It reminds me about the news several years ago when Bush was still US President. He said that the price of meat rising up mainly because people in India and China began to eat too much meat. These word caused huge protests in India. Yet the idea in these words is roughtly ture: when the relative product rate between the western countries and the emerging market get close, resources and the things hard to increase with technology will be redistributed between countries. It is very justify to redistribute and the emerging market should not be blamed for become more productive.

I can't catch whole picture of the reading resource, in my simple comment, high price mean non-balance amone the national trade.
In this type business cycle, holding resource country sell the high price commodity to the others to earn the cash or somewhat purchase capacity, and then they can controll and impact your finance or some relate area/
