资本管制就行吧

1、资本流出突然增加，在固定汇率机制下，**会进行对冲，汇率保持不变，进出口不会发生显著变化。浮动汇率机制下，可能会造成本币贬值，进而影响到净出口。
2、决定净出口最重要的因素是总供给和总需求（假设当前汇率合理）。存在产出缺口时，产能需要通过出口来消化，变现为经常账户顺差；反之亦然。
